Invited by associate Professor Aifeng Tao, Professor Weicheng Luo from Department of Hydraulic and Ocean Engineering, Cheng Kung University visited Hohai University on July 8th, 2015. Prof. Luo gave a seminar titled “Poroelastic Theory of Unsaturated Soil” in the State Key Laboratory of Hydrology-Water Resources and Hydraulic Engineering. Teachers and graduate students of related research interests from College of Harbour, Coastal and Offshore Engineering participated and had warm discussions.
