The 35th International Conference on Ocean, Offshore and Arctic Engineering (OMAE2016) was held in Busan, Korea from June 19-24, 2016. Graduate students Yao Wu, Mingkai Guan and Huanghao Hu participated in the conference and gave oral presentations titled “Net Bottom Sediment Transport Related with Residual Current in the Pearl River Delta, South China”, “Sediment Rating Curves for Suspended Sediment Flux Estimation in the Pearl River Delta” and “Simulating the Flow and Sediment Transport in the River Network”, respectively.
